How It Works

Before buying a second-hand phone, search its 15-digit IMEI on our Home page. If it has been reported lost or stolen, you'll see the brand, model, masked IMEI, report date, approximate area, and a verification level. If nothing is found, that only means no report exists in our database — it does not guarantee the phone is legally owned.

Sign in with your Google account, verify your Bangladesh mobile number by OTP, and submit a report with the phone's IMEI, a description, and — if available — your police GD and ownership evidence (invoice, box photo, etc.). Our team reviews every report before it is upgraded to a higher verification level.

• Reported - Unverified: Google account + mobile OTP verified, basic report submitted and approved by our team.
• Documents Reviewed: GD copy uploaded and IMEI in the documents matches the report.
• Documents Verified: Multiple ownership indicators reviewed and confirmed by an admin.
• Official Source Verified: Reserved for future integration with an official Police/BTRC/NEIR source; not used today.
