Privacy Policy
We collect only what is needed to run a trustworthy lost/stolen-phone reporting service: your Google account name/email, a verified Bangladesh mobile number, the IMEI and details of a reported phone, and any GD or ownership documents you choose to upload.
What We Never Show Publicly
Owner name, mobile number, email, National ID, address, GD copy, invoice, or any other private document is never exposed in a public IMEI search. Public search results show only the device brand/model, a masked IMEI, report status, verification level, an approximate district, and a case ID.
Document Storage
Uploaded documents are stored in a private bucket. Access is only possible through short-lived signed links, generated for the report owner or an admin reviewing the case — never a public URL.
Data Retention
Report history (including recovered/closed reports) is kept for audit and dispute-handling purposes and is not publicly listed once its status is no longer active.
Cookies & Advertising
We use a small number of cookies to run the site itself -- to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and count visits so we can improve the service (see the site's admin traffic tools; visit data is never sold or shared). This site may also show advertising served by Google and its advertising partners. Google and its partners may use cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
