Safety Guidelines

Before You Buy a Used Phone

Check the IMEI on this platform before paying.
Meet in a safe, public place for the exchange.
Ask the seller for the original box, invoice, or any purchase proof.
Power the phone on and check it isn't locked to a previous owner's account.
A "no report found" result is not a legal guarantee of clean ownership.

If Your Phone Is Lost or Stolen

File a General Diary (GD) at your nearest police station as soon as possible.
Report it on this platform with your IMEI and, if available, the GD copy.
Contact your mobile operator to block the SIM.
Change passwords for any accounts that were logged in on the device.

False Reporting

Submitting a false or malicious report can result in account suspension and removal of the report. Disputed reports are reviewed by an admin who looks at evidence from both sides before any action is taken.
